It’s Okay To Be By Yourself
The specialty that divides humans and every other animal on the earth is that humans have been gifted with the ability to communicate with their peers. The gift of communication and intelligence is what led us to become the one species that dominates the food chain. This proves that people maintain a daily life of communication with one another. However, through the constant sharing of ideas humans progress through discussion, it is draining and exhausting mentally for both peers. This further proves why humans need some form of solitude to control and manage their stress in their day-to-day lives. Reasons for this vary from social interactions consuming energy to disagreements or behavioral judgment tiring out the brain mentally in a multitude of ways.

To communicate, humans process an insurmountable amount of knowledge to convert and summarize it into a few sentences where their message is correctly conveyed. However, this action of constantly compressing and sharing knowledge along with receiving and mentally preparing oneself to reply to their comment will indefinitely tire a person out. This is why having a time of solitude where someone can organize and identify their thoughts is essential in maintaining a sustainable life where one can manage stress. Scientists discovered that humans use more brain waves when talking to a friend than when solving a difficult test. The number of brain waves utilized to have an input and output to a conversation is so great that it is impossible to be counted.
